Kimberley French is trusted by some of the most influential filmmakers of our time. Her iconic photographs from Academy Award-winning films The Revenant, Jojo Rabbit, Brokeback Mountain and The Assassination of Jesse James, have placed her at the top of her field and in demand. French has a unique artistic sensibility, distinct style and disciplined work ethic.
French has photographed actors Leonardo DiCaprio, Kate Winslet, Brad Pitt, Tom Hardy, Charlize Theron, George Clooney, Matt Damon, Scarlett Johansson, Jennifer Aniston, and Heath Ledger among others. Her photographs can be found on the posters of Brokeback Mountain, Jojo Rabbit, The Assassination of Jesse James, The Mountain Between Us, The Grey, Tomorrowland, Red Riding Hood and more. In 2017 a collector’s edition of The Revenant book was printed with Kimberley’s photographs from set. In 2024 the book will be published by Simon & Schuster, along with The Making of The Revenant, a two-book set.
Kimberley enjoys sharing her knowledge through mentoring and for several years she was a board member and facilitator of the non-profit organization Cameras-4-Change, creating at-risk youth and community photography workshops. She is also a fine art photographer, producing four professional solo exhibits and is collected internationally.
